For example, if you have an A player who is kicking butt at their job, but noticing that others don’t “pull their weight” or “do their jobs,” it can demotivate them or even cause them to quit. Another common problem, between employees or even business partners is for both people involved to feel like they “doing more work than the other,” “working longer hours than the other,” or “working harder” than the other, or all three things! As you can imagine, that leads to resentment and worse.
