[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]One of my favourite clients just left my office, and although at first he was dubious, he agreed to implement this habit. I know it will change his life, and I am so excited! I am so excited, that I wanted to share it with all of you.
There is one thing you should do every morning, besides brushing your teeth and telling yourself that you’re awesome. That one thing is to write out your goals. Once you have them written out, I want you to write them out every morning, over and over again.
Yes. I want you to take 5 minutes or less, every single morning, and write out your goals:
• Your long term goals: where do you want to be personally, and professionally in the next few years or decades. Do you want to save a certain amount of money? Do you want to purchase property? Do you want to grow your business to a certain revenue? What impression do you want to leave when you die? Make sure you are specific, and add dates to all of your goals!
• Your shorter term goals: in the next year, 6 months, or less, what do you want to achieve, be, do or have?
• Your intentions for the day: for example, today I will be contributive to my clients. Another example: today I will be a force for love and connection with my team.
I’m not the only one telling you to write down your goals! In this great article from Forbes, they refer a study done that proved people who write down their goals achieve significantly more: http://bit.ly/2lzpTH4
Here is another article from Forbes talking about the power of SEEING your goals every day. What better way to see your goals, and internalize them, than to write them out each morning?
I promise that if you implement and maintain this one simple daily habit, every morning, you will keep your goals in mind all day and achieve them much more quickly.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
