Take Charge of Your Morning!

You can’t outrun a crappy morning.

The beginning of your day is SO IMPORTANT. If you let yourself roll out of bed, press snooze on the alarm, drag yourself to the caffeine machine, and groan while you get ready for another day you’re not excited about… you’re in big trouble. At best, you are achieving mediocre results in all areas of your life. Be honest. On a scale of 1-10, how many 10’s do you have?

  • Career?
  • Relationships?
  • Team?
  • Profit?
  • Health?

I know you can do better. Stop reacting to whatever comes along and begin to be more intentional about your day, and your life.

Start With a Simple Morning Routine

Plan your day every morningTaking charge of your morning will set you up for success every day, whether it’s Monday, Friday, or Sunday. If you want to BE YOUR BEST and therefore GET THE BEST from your relationships, business and self, read on:

  1. BE INTENTIONAL! Take some time in the morning to clear your head, and focus on your intentions for the day. The things you want to accomplish, the kind of person you want to be for others, and the general feeling you’d like to have throughout the day.
  2. EXPECT THOSE RESULTS: Life tends to give us what we expect, so carry your expectations throughout your day, and do not be deterred by little speedbumps or irritations. Remember who you want to be, how you want things to go, and how you want to feel about the day.

This is a very simple and easy example of a morning routine because I know you’re more likely to DO THIS if it’s short and simple! If you’d like to go deeper and better, let us know and we can share a longer, more powerful morning routine with you!
