The 10-minute scorecard is designed to check on the most important numbers in your business each month, and show you where your areas of opportunity lie. Just by looking at this one page each month, you should know exactly where to look next, to improve things in your business.


You can also add or replace numbers as you see fit – every business is unique and if you determine some other numbers to be the key drivers in your business, add them to this scorecard!
