2. We send out the template to make sure everyone has time to review and bring their thoughts about each section to the work day.

  • Our mission, vision, and culture statements.
  • Completing a competitive analyses and how we will exploit our strengths.
  • Unique Selling proposition and how we will leverage that.
  • Financial numbers (current and goals for this year).
  • Marketing numbers (leads, clients, sales, profit, etc), including the last year’s and your new goals.
  • Leadership team: organizational chart, job descriptions, and plans.
  • Staff growth and development plan.
  • Our strategic objectives (achieving these = where we want to go).
  • Action plan (with name, completion date, and follow up for each action) for each of your three pillars: financial mastery, marketing & sales that produce insane ROI, and leadership/strategy. 
  • And finally, how we will monitor and evaluate our progress, to ENSURE EXECUTION!
