It’s time to slow your roll, and become more effective. In every way.

One of the challenges of the modern world is that we often feel pushed to do things faster. But diving right into something is usually the wrong approach. Try this instead:

  1. Before you enter a meeting, the house after work, a new conversation with an employee or a customer, or even write an email, SLOW DOWNNNNNNN. It’s time to SET AN INTENTION for the way you want things to go. Decide what you WANT, and WHO you’re going to be.
  2. In the morning, BEFORE you start checking your emails, texts or social media, SET AN INTENTION for how your day will go! If you can’t tell, I am incredibly excited right now because I only just finished setting my intention. Today I will be INSPIRATIONAL and FIND GREAT SUCCESS FOR OTHERS today.

Sometimes, you might be in a bad mood (that’s your choice by the way), and you’ll need some additional morning routines. This morning I definitely did some personal coaching and danced around the kitchen before I left for the office. You don’t have to be silly, but trust me, acting like a kid and moving around/exercising works QUICKLY to get your mojo back. And that will get you into a WINNING MODE.

By setting your intentions to start the day, you create focus in your life. That focus will lead to better relationships and more business success!

If you choose to ignore my advice, your effectiveness will continue to be mediocre at best. When you show up grumpy, expecting bad or unloving results, that is EXACTLY WHAT YOU GET!

So, if you want to WIN this week, before EVERYTHING important, set an intention to:

  1. Get exactly what you want, and
  2. Be exactly who you want to be.
