How Can You TRULY Differentiate Yourself From Your Competitors?

Hi, you amazing business owner you! Do you truly differentiate yourself from your competitors?

I’ve been asked this question so many times since our podcast/vodcast, I thought I’d do an email for everyone, and of course, share a couple of free resources with you to start the week.

Question: How can you truly differentiate yourself from your competitors?

If you are trying to be the cheapest, the “best”, or just “better than” your competition, you may be missing out on a lot of possible business.

Answer:

To attract the highest number of ideal clients possible, you want to figure out a unique selling proposition/competitive advantage that is:

  1. Important to your ideal clients.
  2. Completely authentic.
  3. Something your competitors suck at.

Forbes has some thoughts on gaining a competitive advantage as well.

Not the SWOT!

I was always frustrated by the lack of clarity I received through completing a typical SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, so I made up my own way. We measure and rate you and your competitors on all characteristics important to your ideal clients (and give you an actual number).Find your unique selling proposition to set yourself apart.

Capitalize on Competitors’ Weakness

When you find a characteristic where your competition is weak, your clients care about it, and you can authentically capitalize on it, that’s it!!!!

Business is much easier when your ideal clients are attracted to you. Do yourself a favour and do the exercise for your business this week! Learn how can you truly differentiate yourself from your competitors!
